  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Certain products, such as perishable or personalized items, cannot be refunded. Some products like our butters are heat sensitive they might melt depending on the weather. Please put them in the fridge so they regain their consistency, they are non refundable. 

  2. Process for Refunds:

    • To initiate a refund, please send an email to sales@cherichout.com with your order number and reason for the return.
    • Once we receive your email, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  3. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our refund policy criteria.
    • If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  4. Exchange

                  We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired product.
