Processing Times

How long does it take for my items to be shipped?

Please allow 2-3 business days  to process for regular products. If you do not receive a tracking number by 7 days, please contact support at sales@cherichout.com or send us a message on CONTACT our on Instagram @cherichoutstore.

This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.


Can I track my package (Domestic)?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for First-Class Package Service, and 1-3 business days for Priority Mail service. If you do not receive your item after 5 days  of shipping date, please contact support at sales@cherichout.com

I have placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Cherichout within an hour of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

To check your orders, log into your Cherichout account and select the “Order History” option to review your order history.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our support team by emailing sales@cherichout.com.

Return & Refund

Can I return my items if I am not satisfied?

All orders are final sale and non-refundable. Orders take 2-3 days to process and ship out. If you wish to cancel your order, please email sales@cherichout.com within 24 hours of when you placed the order. If you encounter any issues with any of our products, please email us at sales@cherichout.com.

How can I request a refund or cancel my order?

Partial refunds can only be given if all of the following has occurred.

  • You have contacted USPS and filed a claimed for damaged goods.
  • You have contacted us with your order number, photos or videos for review, and an explanation of the issue.
  • You have provided us with the response from USPS.
IMPORTANT: Please note that Priority shipping covers up $100 for lost, stolen or damaged packages upon arrival. This is why we are requesting that you contact USPS first. Please email sales@cherichout.com for any details you may need to file a claim.
